The Foscote Private Hospital’s registered dietician is Dawn Goudge, who has worked in the private sector and the NHS for over 20 years.

Her main area of expertise is in gastroenterology and nutritional support to include:

  • inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)
  • Crohn’s and Ulcerative Colitis
  • liver disease
  • enteral feeding.

Dawn has worked with our catering team to ensure all meals are well balanced as well as ensuring that special diets are catered for by coding on the menus.

All of our menus are assessed for nutritional quality and optimisation of pre-and post-operative intake, to help promote recovery and reduce the length of hospital stay for patients.

Patients can be seen as an outpatient or if requested during their inpatient stay following a procedure.
