CPD Talks

The New Foscote Hospital is delighted to announce a new series of CPD events for GPs and Physiotherapists, being delivered by our Specialist Consultant in Sport and Exercise Medicine, Dr Tham Wedatilake.

Dr. Wedatilake has held NHS consultant posts at Leicestershire NHS Trust and Oxford University NHS Trust since completing his consultant training in Oxford in 2012. Additionally, he has a Master’s degree in musculoskeletal ultrasound, and was the lead for musculoskeletal ultrasound at the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine. He was previously the lead 1st team doctor at Southampton FC, and remains the specialist medical consultant to the club. He is also a member of the England and Wales Cricket Board’s medical panel, being the lead doctor for the England Women’s Cricket Programme.

Each event will be held here at The New Foscote Hospital, giving you an opportunity to see the new facilities, meet some of our Consultants and find out more about the services and specialisms that you can make referrals into.
